It is based in Shipston-on-Stour, South Warwickshire, in the North Cotswolds, UK. The Createhood has two connected sides united by a single belief: that creativity changes people. Lucy Kirkman is a graphic designer with 30 years of experience, specialising in brand design for people who are their own business: coaches, therapists, nutritionists, photographers, personal trainers, artists, consultants and healers. ## The Community Side The Createhood runs creative community events in South Warwickshire and online: - Meet & Make: Fortnightly in-person craft sessions in Shipston-on-Stour (Wednesdays 7pm, Ellen Badger Hospital) and Stratford-upon-Avon (Fridays 12pm, Rosebird Community Hall). £10 per session including all materials. - One Big Make: A live online creative event via Zoom where everyone makes the same thing at the same time using supplies already at home. £5 per ticket. - Screen-Free Events: Social evenings in South Warwickshire for people who want real human connection without phones. Read Together, Slow Evenings (board games, jigsaws), letter writing. - Createhood Teams: Mess-free, design-led creative wellbeing workshops delivered to workplaces in Warwickshire, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds. Facilitation from £450, participant kits £20 per person. - Make Time Creative pledge: The Make Time Pledge is a free, voluntary commitment to give yourself regular creative time each week. Offered by The Createhood — a UK creative community for adults — the pledge asks visitors to name a day, a duration, and a creative intention. There is no cost, no programme, and no pressure.
